GAME FEATURES
EXTRACTION ADVENTURE FPS
Deploy into procedurally enhanced dynamic worlds to survey, raid, scavenge, complete objectives, and extract across rich PvPvE experiences.
Progression extends beyond every deployment. Whether you fight, gather resources, manufacture equipment, or build wealth, players choose their own path to success through persistent progression and role specialization.
Connected to the living universe of EVE Online, every action contributes to a shared world that continues to evolve without resets or sequels.
EXTRACTION FPS - Tension, Loss, Emergence
ADVENTURE RPG - Progression, Agency, and Impact on the largest player battles in video game history
Collecting and upgrading blueprints is the primary and persistent progression, for weapons, dropsuits and eventually personal drones, to be customized by the player.

COLLECT BLUEPRINTS
You will find blueprint fragments on planets that need to be combined into a single blueprint in the Warbarge Forge. You will also receive whole blueprints, limited and unlimited as Expedition rewards, or buy them at Vendors, sometimes limited by Faction Standings.

UPGRADE BLUEPRINTS
Unlimited blueprints will have a tech tree, and require different resources within its upgrade path from the Civilian starting point, and sometimes limited currencies like ISK or Loyalty Points.
Upgrading may even require memory fragments, datamined from Warclone Constructs ripped from bodies.

RESEARCH BLUEPRINTS
To eliminate the manufacturing step and directly place blueprints into the loadout is the ultimate convenience, the modules and chipsets you want without the hassle of loot collection, albeit at a high currency cost. This is the true goal of all Warclones.
Expeditions offer a structured, goal-driven reason to deploy, versus simply deploying and extracting for loot which will be less efficient. Target specific rewards to assert control of your own progression.
Aligning or Conscripting for an empire or faction and turning in objectives as part of Faction Campaigns will also ensure that every deployment will have an impact on the universe across both EVE Vanguard and EVE Online.
Who Dares Wins

STORY EXPEDITIONS
These are Expeditions for you to get into the narrative storyline of the Vanguard, working alongside the Lords of Avalon, fighting for them, and learning more about the fragile place of the Warclones in New Eden - all while building out the Vanguard Bastions throughout the universe.

EVENT EXPEDITIONS
These are Expeditions you can repeat and take on at any time - accepting jobs and opportunities from organizations, factions and characters all throughout the universe, earning payment and rewards as you turn in objectives.

FACTION CAMPAIGNS
Conscript with one of the empires and go up against others, completing objectives to decide who is crowned victor of that season. Earn Faction rewards and trigger world states that affect all players.
But you're not fighting alone - Capsuleers in EVE Online will also be fighting alongside you and against you in the same campaigns.
In New Eden, death is a serious matter, but, not losing everything all the time. You have an inventory in the Warbarge; you always keep your blueprint collection, and you will be able to purchase reclamation insurance for your most valuable things. Furthermore, many items will be available through NPC vendors, Blueprints, Civilian and Militia gear and specifically Faction Variants.

VERSATILE COMBAT PLATFORMS
The ethos of New Eden is that your loadout or fitting is yours to tinker with, improve and upgrade, based entirely on your personal preference, both for risk, reward, efficiency and cost, optimizing against CPU, Power Grid or Capacitor fitting capacity. Some modifications are item-specific and some are item-agnostic.

LOADOUT OPTIMIZATION
Customizing your weapons, modules and personal drones, chipsets, mods and replaceable parts, is very important because you can guarantee that you have the items you need, when you need them.

FACTION VARIANTS
Faction Variants are preferred weapon and suit loadouts, and they cannot be customized. They are not better or worse than normal weapons - they simply have integrated chipsets and modules, making them effective and quick upgrades to your basic loadout.
